Co-Managed Service

This service is designed for clients who need security support but do not require a full managed service. ACSN consultants work with client-side staff as part of an integrated team. Responsibility is shared to ensure security systems are maintained to an optimal level. The service is delivered by dedicated technical consultants and includes:

  • email and telephone support (9am-5.30pm) plus out of hours support by arrangement
  • security device management - this policy is visible through a secure web interface
  • remote management over the internet via VPN
  • policy change requests via website, email or telephone
  • pre-defined policy change windows
  • remote and on-site upgrades

Systems are upgraded and patched as required according to the procedure set out in the service agreement.
