This service delivers the highest level of support to ensure optimum performance of your security systems. It is delivered by a team of dedicated technical consultants and includes:

  • email and telephone support (9am-5.30pm) plus out of hours support by arrangement
  • security device management - this policy can be viewed through a secure web interface
  • remote management over the internet via VPN
  • policy change requests via website, email or telephone
  • pre-defined policy change windows
  • remote and on-site upgrades

Systems are upgraded and patched as required according to the procedure set out in he service agreement.
