ACSN's project managers have implemented hundreds of successful projects for some the world's most demanding brands. We combine a structured approach with a degree of flexibility to ensure key business and technical requirements are met. Our methodology comprises five phases, which can be deployed piecemeal or as an 'end to end' process:

• plan: scoping the vision for the project and all technology considerations
• design: producing the technical documentation and charting the actions needed to deliver the project
• test: thorough testing of the proposed infrastructure prior to going live
• implementation: managing and tracking the build
• support: producing documents and conducting training to ensure successful on-going operations

Each phase features tightly-defined stages, deliverables, budgets, purpose and pre-requisites, key participants, entry and exit criteria, communication, activities and actions.
