This service resolves security issues quickly and efficiently 24x7. It is delivered through our dedicated 'first-line' consultants and our technology partners 'Follow the Sun' technical assistance centres.
We are fully-accredited as offering 'best in class' support services, which means we provide:
- direct client support services
- 24x7 technical support with a 30-min response time for severity 1 issues, within four hours for all others
- accredited on-site support within 48 hrs if required
- direct resolution of at least 75% of all support requests
- bug fixes, service packs and upgrades
- maintenance of support performance metrics
- participation in technology partner quality assurance and customer satisfaction reviews
